Only international passengers arriving at Cochin International Airport can avail the pre-ordering service of the Cochin Duty-Free.

Simply browse through our pre-ordering website Select your favourite products and add them to your shopping cart. When checking out, tell us the date and time of your arrival. One of our sales associates will be expecting your visit to pick up your order. Please present your passport, a valid international boarding pass and the order confirmation number (email or print). Complete your transaction by making payments at the store via cash/card or UPI mode of payment and collect your order from the pick-up point.

Only international flight passengers are permitted to buy from duty free shop as per the Indian Customs regulations. Only the passengers who have an international boarding pass and a valid passport are eligible to shop at duty-free.

Cochin Duty Free sells a wide range of perfumes and cosmetics, confectionery, convenience goods, soft toys and liquor. But we only showcase a part of it on the website. If you are not able to find the product you are looking for, kindly contact our customer-support staff on Live Chat on our website. They will let you know about the product availability, prices and prevailing offers. Live Chat facility is available 24 x 7 and 365 days a year.

A person holding a valid passport and who is above 23 years of age, can purchase up to 2 Litres of alcohol according to Indian Customs Duty regulations.

The greatest benefit of pre-order service is that you won’t have to spend your precious time searching for your favourite product at the store. The ordered product will be available at the counter for pick-up as soon as you arrive. You will also get an additional flat pre-ordering discount on your total net bill value when you place a pre-order.

The offers prevailing on the shop-floor at the time of collection will be applicable.

Unfortunately, pre-order service cannot ensure that the products ordered will be available at the shop when you arrive. It depends on the stock availability at that particular time. However, you will be intimated via email if a certain product is out of stock.

The prices shown on this website are indicative. You need to pay the actual price on arrival at our shop.

You can pre-order no earlier than 7 days and no later than 24 hours prior to your arrival.

The order once placed cannot be modified. But you can get in touch with us to cancel it and then place a new order. However, you are welcome to purchase additional products or remove some products from the list, upon arrival at our shop-floor. The additional pre ordering discount only applies to the number of products that have been pre-ordered and does not apply to products which have been added to the basket upon arrival at the store.

You can cancel your order by getting in touch with us via Live Chat on our website and place a new order with your re-scheduled flight date and time.

You can cancel your order through ‘My Account’  tab option (for those who already have a login account). For other guest users, orders can be cancelled by letting us know (Order Number, customer name, flight number, date of arrival etc) via our Live Chat facility available on the website, any time before arrival.

You will receive a cancellation confirmation via email.

Your order will automatically get cancelled if you fail to pick-up the order within 2 hours of arrival.

Unfortunately, no. You must produce your valid passport and international boarding pass at the counter for payment and pick-up. The items will be delivered only to the person whose details we have received in your order.

We don’t have home-delivery service yet. You will have to pick-up your order from the duty free shop (Arrivals section)

Payment can be made at the duty free shop (Arrivals section) before collecting your order.

Payment by cash, debit or credit cards (VISA or Mastercard) and UPI payments are accepted.

No extra charges/fees shall be applied to the prices visible online. However any prices displayed on this website may be changed at any time without notice.

Yes. You will need to register on the website for placing a pre-order. However, you do not need to register to browse our website and consult our product information. Duty-free shopping is available only for international travellers; and as per the regulations, it is mandatory that we get your flight information.

We need to know when you will be arriving to manage your order accordingly; making sure your goods are ready and available for you to pick up.

 It is mandatory for us to record your age for providing access to restricted categories such as alcohol.

You can ask for your password to be sent again by accessing your personal account settings.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email from us confirming your order. If by any rare chance you didn’t receive an email confirmation from us within 2 hours of placing your order, kindly get in touch with us via Live Chat on our website here
